5th International Computer and Instructional Technologies Symposium (ICITS 2011) will be held in University of Fırat, Elazığ, TURKEY during September 22-24, 2011. The symposium is co-organised by University of Fırat and Educational Technology (EGITEK), Ministry of Turkish Education. The aim objective of ICITS 2011 is to provide a platform for scholars, educators, academicians, administrator, students and IT companies from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in the field of Computer and Instructional Technologies.
